--- title: 【重要なお知らせ】地域の皆さま向けのサービス利用料金と使える機能の変更について description: 【重要なお知らせ】地域の皆さま向けのサービス利用料金と使える機能の変更について --- [![logo-news-2025](https://lab.smout.jp/hs-fs/hubfs/logo-news-2025.png?width=275&height=48&name=logo-news-2025.png "logo-news-2025")](https://lab.smout.jp/news/) 2020/02/10 お知らせ # 【重要なお知らせ】地域の皆さま向けのサービス利用料金と使える機能の変更について いつも移住スカウトサービス『SMOUT』をご利用いただきありがとうございます。 『SMOUT』は2018年6月4日にサービスを開始して以来、地域の人と地域に移住したい人・関わりたい人とをつなげるスカウトサービスとして運営してまいりました。 地域の皆さまから多くの魅力あるプロジェクトを掲載いただき、地域の人と地域に移住したい人がつながる場として、多くの皆さまにご利用いただいています。 『SMOUT』が皆さまにとって今まで以上に身近な存在となり、地域に移住したい人と心通わせ合うことのできる場として、長くお付き合いいただけるサービスへと成長させるために、このたび、地域の皆さま向けのサービス利用料を変更することにいたしました。それに伴い、利用できる機能も一部変更となりますのでお知らせいたします。 【「無料プラン」の変更点】 これまでと変わらず、プロジェクトは3本まで掲載が可能です。送ることができるスカウトメッセージの数は現在の無制限から月5件までに変更いたします（ただし「いますぐ話を聞きたい」や「移住相談」の機能を使ってユーザーからメッセージが送信されてきたものへの返信に制限はありません）。 【「プレミアムプラン」の変更点】 自治体の人口ごとに料金プランを設けていましたが、人口によらず契約期間ごとの料金プランといたします。 これまでと変わらず、プロジェクト掲載とスカウト機能は制限なくご利用いただけます。あわせてより便利にSMOUTをご利用いただくために、プロジェクトのことを知ってほしいユーザーへより届けやすくなる機能や複数人でSMOUTを管理できるアカウント設定など、効果的な機能をご利用いただけます。優先的なサポート窓口として、営業時間48時間以内（初回対応）のサポートをお約束します。 ■変更日 2020年4月1日 ※上記の変更日から新プランのサービス内容が適用されます。 ※変更日を跨ぐ有料プランの契約内容や料金については、営業担当・弊社お問合せ窓口までお問合せください。 2021年7月21日追記： 料金の詳細については[こちらのページ](https://smout.jp/premium/pricing)をご参照ください。 今後も多様な出会いをもっとたくさんつくり出していくために、これからも『SMOUT』を日々進化させていきます。 今後とも『SMOUT』をどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。 [お知らせ](https://lab.smout.jp/news/tag/お知らせ) -
