いつもご利用いただきありがとうございます。スマウトを通して人材の採用や移住者の創出に成功した地域の取り組みをまとめた『スマウト導入事例集』の最新記事を公開いたしました。

今回ご紹介するのは、岡山県でいちばん人口の少ない村、新庄村の職員採用の取り組みです。

同村では、地元中心の募集から、移住を考える人にも間口を広げる「移住型採用」へと発想を転換し、スマウトを募集の入り口として活用しました。

その結果、これまで採用試験を受ける人がほとんどいなかった状態から、カジュアルな説明会を経て11名の応募が集まり、求める人物像にマッチした1名の採用につながっています。

条件で競うのではなく、等身大の村の姿を見せて「暮らし」への共感でつながる。募集ページでの見せ方の工夫やカジュアル説明会など、他の自治体でも応用できるポイントを整理しています。
