--- title: 【復旧済み】システム障害により誤った「興味ある」および自動送信メッセージが発生した件に関するお詫び description: "2026年6月9日から8月12日までの期間、地域ページの「フォロー」機能においてシステム障害が発生しておりました。\n\n地域をフォローした際、該当地域と同じIDを持つ無関係なプロジェクトへの「興味ある」として誤登録され、その結果、地域のみなさまが意図しないメッセージが一部のユーザー様に配信される状態となっておりました。" image: https://lab.smout.jp/hubfs/00materials/thumb_logo_renewal.png --- [![logo-news-2025](https://lab.smout.jp/hs-fs/hubfs/logo-news-2025.png?width=275&height=48&name=logo-news-2025.png "logo-news-2025")](https://lab.smout.jp/news/) 2026/08/13 不具合 # 【復旧済み】システム障害により誤った「興味ある」および自動送信メッセージが発生した件に関するお詫び ![【復旧済み】システム障害により誤った「興味ある」および自動送信メッセージが発生した件に関するお詫び](https://lab.smout.jp/hubfs/00materials/thumb_logo_renewal.png) いつもご利用いただきありがとうございます。 2026年6月9日から8月12日までの期間、地域ページの「フォロー」機能においてシステム障害が発生しておりました。 地域をフォローした際、該当地域と同じIDを持つ無関係なプロジェクトへの「興味ある」として誤登録され、その結果、地域のみなさまが意図しないメッセージが一部のユーザー様に配信される状態となっておりました。 なお、本障害につきましては現在復旧が完了しており、正常にご利用いただける状態となっております。 障害の詳細および影響範囲につきまして、以下のとおりご報告申し上げます。ご利用中の皆様には多大なご迷惑とご心配をおかけいたしましたことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。 ## 障害発生の時間帯 ・2026年6月9日 17:13 〜 8月12日 09:11頃 ※現在は復旧しております。 ## 対象者 ・関連するプロジェクトを作成された地域の皆様 ・地域をフォローした一部のユーザー様 ## 現象 1）地域を「フォロー」した際、その地域と同じIDを持つ無関係なプロジェクトに対して「興味ある」が誤って登録される。 2）上記（1）に伴い、初回「興味ある」登録者への自動送信メッセージが設定されている一部のプロジェクトから、意図しない自動メッセージが送信される。 ※募集が終了した過去のプロジェクトからメッセージが配信された可能性がございます。 ## 誤って配信されたメッセージの詳細 メッセージを受信したユーザー様、及び配信元となった地域の皆様には別途メールにてご連絡差し上げております。 ※送信されたメッセージは削除されずに残っております。また、メール通知が有効になっている場合、既に配信された通知メールの取り消しはできかねます。 ## 復旧の状況 8月12日 ・不具合の修正を行い、地域への「フォロー」およびプロジェクトへの「興味ある」機能が正常に動作するよう復旧いたしました。 8月13日 ・誤ってプロジェクトに登録された「興味ある」の取り消しを行い、本来の地域への「フォロー」状態へとデータ修正を完了いたしました。 これにより、「興味ある」や「つながったユーザー」の数が減少した可能性がございます。 つながったユーザー一覧 [https://smout.jp/dashboard/candidates/](https://smout.jp/dashboard/candidates/) ## 原因 ・機能改修におけるシステム上の不具合 ## 対策 ・再発防止に向け、影響範囲の事前調査およびリリース前のテスト手順をはじめとする開発フローの見直しと強化を図ってまいります。 日頃よりスマウトをご利用いただいている皆様にご迷惑とお手数をおかけいたしましたことを、重ねてお詫び申し上げます。本件につきましてご不明な点などございましたら、[こちら](https://smout.jp/inquiries/new)よりお問い合わせください。 引き続きスマウトをどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。   [不具合](https://lab.smout.jp/news/tag/不具合) -
