SMOUTの地域ユーザーコミュニティ「[どすこい！地域部屋](https://smout.jp/community)」オンラインイベントのご案内です。

SMOUTを上手に活用している地域の方にゲストにお招きし、移住施策の考え方や目的、企画を根掘り葉掘り聞く「月一部屋」。  
今回のゲストは岡山県新庄村の一般社団法人むらづくり新庄村 理事 ／ 新庄村役場 総務企画課千葉智明さんと珠玉 代表／新庄村地域おこし協力隊OGの栃澤まどかさん。

新庄村は地域の抱えるさまざまな課題について、生き方・働き方の価値観を変化させることで、新たなステップを踏み出そうとしています。人口1,000人足らずの小さな村がここまで積極的にシフトチェンジに臨めるのはなぜなのか。  
ユニークな人材が集まる仕組みや、それを地域で循環させる方法など伺っていく予定です。

## 開催概要

- 日　時：**2022年3月24日（木）15時開始**
- 場　所：オンライン（zoom） - お申込み後にリンクをお送りいたします。
- 参加費：無料
- 対　象：移住・関係人口業務を行なっている方  
  （例：自治体移住担当者、地域おこし協力隊、自治体から業務を受託している民間担当者etc.）
- 講　師：千葉智明さん（一般社団法人むらづくり新庄村 理事 ／ 新庄村役場 総務企画課）栃澤まどかさん（珠玉 代表／新庄村地域おこし協力隊OG）
- 内　容：講座後、参加者からの質問タイム、ディスカッションを行います。
