# 移住促進に関わる人は必見！2020年3月までに移住したい人だけをスカウトできる「移住ヘッドハンティング」を実施します

カヤックLivingは、初めて2020年3月までに移住したい強い願望をもつ人だけをスカウトできるオンラインイベント「移住ヘッドハンティング」を2019年12月23日から2020年1月21日まで開催いたします。SMOUTに地域ユーザーとして登録することで、このイベントに参加することができます。

本イベントは、SMOUTに登録している移住希望者の中でも、2020年3月までに移住を希望する人が、「こんな地域があったら移住したい！」と公開宣言し、自治体や移住促進に関わる人からのヘッドハンティングを受け付ける企画です。

SMOUTには、移住に興味関心の高いユーザー約9500名（2019年12月19日現在）が登録しています。実際に移住に繋がった例もあり、その移住をしたきっかけを見てみると、「移住したい地域」だけではなく「こういう生活がしたい」という移住目的から移住を決める傾向になることがわかりました。そこで、本イベントはは、強い移住願望のある人と地域の人とを明確な移住目的で繋ぎ、移住したい人のあと一歩を後押ししたいと考え企画されました。

### 「地域で実現したい暮らし」が明確な14名をSMOUTが紹介！

「移住ヘッドハンティング」特設サイトでは、地域で実現したい暮らしが明確な14名の移住希望者を紹介しています。

移住希望者には「移住したい地域」だけでなく、「移住して実現したい暮らし」や「移住先の地域の人にしてほしいこと」など、移住のイメージを実現するために必要な支援などについてもコメントしてもらいました。

#### 移住希望者の声

兵庫県在住　30代女性  
 人と地球に優しい安心安全な食や農業、また持続可能な暮らしを提案していくカフェをしたい。地域の憩いの場所となるように人と人とが交流できるようなイベントも色々行いたい。

千葉県在住　30代男性  
 19世紀ギターを持ちいた定期的なコンサート、外国人旅行者に対する通訳や翻訳ができます。

特設サイトは2020年1月21日まで公開しています。
