# 蔵人体験を通じて日本酒と向き合う３ヶ月〜「信州おちょこ会議」の参加者を募集

長野県とカヤックLivingは、2019年10月中旬〜12月末にかけて日本酒と地域の未来を考えるプロジェクト「信州おちょこ会議」を開催し、9月26日（木）より参加者10名の募集を開始します。

「信州おちょこ会議」は、参加者に信州が誇る酒造文化を体験してもらい、日本酒に合うメニューの考案を通じて日本酒の可能性を発信してもらうことを目的としたプロジェクトです。実際に訪れる地域は長野県の中でも多くの酒蔵が存在する「佐久市」を舞台としています。

参加者は、300年以上の歴史を持つ佐久市の蔵元「橘倉酒造」に訪問し、蔵人と一緒に日本酒の仕込みを体験しながら酒造の現場を学びます。その後、都内でのワークショップなどを経て現地の地域づくりプランナーや料理家らと共にそのお酒に合う地元食味を使ったメニューを考案します。

2回目の佐久市への訪問では、考案したメニューのお披露目会を実施します。採用されたメニューと参加者が仕込んだ日本酒は現地のゲストハウスや都内飲食店などで実際に提供され、参加者が継続的に本プロジェクトと関わるきっかけを創出します。

日本酒好きの方はもちろん、日本酒好きの人と繋がりたい方、地域と関わりたい方もぜひご応募ください。

## **本プロジェクトに関わるアドバイザーの皆さま**

本プロジェクトでは、以下の方々がアドバイザーとして関わり、メニュー化や地域との関わり方についてアドバイスをいただきます。

 

■田澤麻里香さん（株式会社KURABITO STAY代表取締役）

観光地域づくりプランナー

 旅行会社、食品会社（ワインインポーター）勤務を経て、2016年に長野県へ地域おこし協力隊員としてUターン。信州DMOリーダー塾にて「観光地づくり」を学び、（一社）こもろ観光局の立ち上げメンバーとして着地型旅行商品造成に携わる。独立後、「観光地域づくりプランナー」として活動。長野県を中心に、各地のDMOの旅行業事業の支援や、小諸市にて老舗旅館の旅行業免許取得から運営までを支援。

■岡本理恵さん（料理家）

FMさくだいらでラジオ番組をもつ料理家であり、佐久の食材を使用した料理教室などを開催。

35,000名のフォロワーをもつインスタグラマーとしても活躍中。また、信州佐久のシャッター商店街に地域を伝える「つながる場所」を作る「TELT（テルト）」のプロジェクトにも関わるなど、地域のPR活動にも意欲的に取り組んでいる。
