# 昨年に続き総務省と連携した「地域おこし協力隊の応募者数増加と活性化を図る取り組み」がスタートしました！

スマウトを運営する株式会社カヤックは、総務省の「地域おこし協力隊の戦略的広報」に係る総合企画・運営事業を、2024年度に続き2025年度も受託いたしました。本事業の概要については[プレスリリース](https://www.kayac.com/news/2025/07/soumusho)をご参照ください。

これに伴い2025年度はカヤックが得意とする面白みのあるコンテンツと「スマウト」で培ったノウハウをもとに、地域おこし協力隊の魅力や制度への理解促進につながる施策を展開。  
スマウトでは、昨年好評をいただきました「地域おこし協力隊入門講座」やグッドエルダー向けイベントのほか、今秋にはリアルマッチングイベントの開催を予定しております。

## 「地域おこし協力隊入門講座」は好評開催中！

年々注目が集まる地域おこし協力隊制度。  
興味はあるものの、「どのように地域を選べばいいか分からない」「自分に合った協力隊ミッションはどんなものなんだろう」「移住後の暮らしと今の生活とのギャップが気になる…」  
など、新たな生活の拠点となる地域選びや着任後の生活に不安や悩みを抱える方へ。  
昨年に引き続き総務省主催のもと、地域おこし協力隊制度に関心がある方や地域選びに失敗したくない方を対象とした講座を今年度も実施中です。

講座は毎月1回開講。今年度は毎回さまざまな切り口から、地域おこし協力隊の基本的な制度をはじめ、特に今年度から強化された支援体制や自分にあった地域の探し方のヒントもお届けしています。各回のご案内や募集は、スマウトのプロジェクトページで随時ご案内をしております。

## **グッドエルダーを対象としたイベントや情報発信の機会を創出！**

昨年度、セカンドキャリアを検討する50代以降の “グッドエルダー層” 約700名の申し込みを得たオンラインイベントに続く企画として、今年はより仕事に特化した『「一身二生」のススメ。移住と仕事 。地域で見つける50代のセカンドキャリア』を開催予定です。また、グッドエルダーの潜在層・移住検討者層向けメディアでの情報発信も追加。より幅広い層の方々へ地域おこし協力隊制度に関する認知向上を目指します。

## 今秋には「スマウト」の強みを生かした、リアルマッチングイベントの開催も！

「スマウト」の知見と実績を凝縮した、コミュニケーション重視型のリアルマッチングイベントを今秋、東京・大阪で開催予定です。開催にあたり、地域活性化に関わる人が相互交流を行うイベント「地域スクランブル大作戦」を主催する株式会社別視点と連携してまいります。

本イベントの詳細をはじめ各講座やセミナーの開催概要など、今後随時発信してまいります。ご期待ください！
