株式会社カヤックと株式会社トランビは、「スマウト」の事業において、2025年6月12日付で業務提携を締結しました。

地域で続いてきた企業や商店が、地域外の人に受け継がれ、その思いも大切に引き継がれていく「“エモい”事業承継」をコンセプトに、後継者を探す地域の中小企業・商店と、「地域で働きたい・暮らしたい」移住希望者とのマッチングを強化することを目的とし、本日特設ページを公開。また、7月4日にはリアルイベント「地域の"エモい"事業承継 入門講座」を渋谷QWSにて実施いたします。

### リアルイベント ー “エモい”事業承継 入門講座を開催

TRANBI×スマウトで「想いごと受け継ぐ」という「“エモい”事業承継」の世界を、リアルな場で知り・感じられるリアルイベントを開催いたします！第1弾は、2025年7月4日(金)、東京・渋谷での開催が決定しました。  
 本イベントでは、事業承継の初心者を対象に、地域に眠る“想いある事業”を次世代へつなぐためのヒントや知識を、実践者の声とともに紹介。以下のような内容を通じて、地域での事業承継に一歩踏み出すきっかけを提供します。

- 事業承継の基本と進め方
- 地域ならではの承継における注意点
- 実際に地域で事業承継を行った継業者による体験談
- 移住・事業承継に関する個別相談窓口

#### イベント概要

- **イベント名：「地域に眠る“想いある事業”を継ぐには？」～地域の”エモい”事業承継 入門講座**
- **日時：2025年7月4日（金）18:30開場／19:00開始〜20:30終了**
- 対象：地域での事業承継に興味がある方
- 参加費：無料
- 場所：SHIBUYA QWS（渋谷スクランブルスクエア 15階 CROSS PARK）
