カヤックLivingでは2019年7月から「三人代表制」を導入し、分野も経歴も異なる3人の代表がそれぞれの好きなところから、カヤックLivingの経営、そしてSMOUTの事業推進をしています。

そんな3人が、それぞれの専門分野と地域との関わり方について話に、皆さんの街へ全国行脚をします！

# **マーケティングや組織のチームマネジメントのことなら中島みきにおまかせ！**

### 東証一部上場IT企業で広告マーケティングの営業推進本部長、「PayPay」の100億円キャンペーンを指揮。

2019年7月よりカヤックLiving代表に就任した中島。前職のYahoo! JAPANでは、広告マーケティングの営業推進本部長をつとめ、最大150人の部隊を率いてYahoo! JAPANのマーケティング事業の仕組みづくりに貢献。運用型広告の提案を専門とする精鋭チームを統括して、新しい分野における組織づくりとサービス展開を担いました。そして世間を賑わせたPayPayの「100億円あげちゃうキャンペーン」の企画実施の指揮をつとめました。数多あるスマホ決済のなかで、地域でいちばん見かけるのはPayPayでは？そうです。人の流れとお金の流れが大事、都市部だけでなく地域にこそ新しい決済手段が必要であると考え、マーケティング活動を行ってきました。

これまでの多様なチームマネジメントと広告マーケティングにおける経験から、マーケティングと組織づくり、そして地域の営業開拓のことについてお話したいと思います。

また3人代表の中で、唯一本社のある鎌倉で経営を行っている中島。日々、社内外のいろんな人の相談にのったり人同士を繋げたりしています。カヤックLivingで働くことに興味のある方は、中島がご相談にのります！

#### 中島みきの経歴

1976年大阪市生まれ。転勤ではなく移住志向の強い家族の影響で長野県乗鞍高原、千葉県などで過ごす。高校時代から東京区内の個性ある町々に住まう。広告代理店での営業経験を経て、2006年オーバーチュア株式会社、2008年よりヤフー株式会社。2013年より同社営業推進本部長として、ヤフー広告サービスの「売れる仕掛けづくり」を担う。2016年10月より同社検索広告事業本部長。2018年4月よりPayPay株式会社の立ち上げに参画、「100億円あげちゃうキャンペーン」を企画運営。2019年6月、カヤックLivingに参画。

 

# **ローカル起業家を増やしたい地域の方どうぞ！地方創生×ビジネスのことなら土屋有におまかせ！**

### 都内の上場企業取締役のキャリアから転身！現在は大学教員として地域マーケティングを研究。

同じく7月にカヤックLiving代表に就任した土屋。地元・宮崎から、宮崎大学の教員という肩書きを持ちながら代表をしています。

ITベンチャー企業数社で役員を務めた経歴を持ち、面白法人カヤックでも事業部長を務めていました。カヤック在職中にMBAを取得したのち、地元の宮崎にUターン。宮崎のIT企業の取締役を経て宮崎大学地域資源創成学部教員として、「ソーシャルビジネスにおけるマーケティングアプローチ」というテーマで教壇に立っています。

豊富なビジネス経験と大学教員という専門性を生かして、地方創生とビジネスについて学術かつ実践的な観点からお話します。（「地方創生と創業・ベンチャー支援の作り方」、「地域課題をビジネスチャンスに転換」、「移住者×創業＝地域課題解決」、「地域が理解するべきマーケティング活用」などでの講演実績多数）

宮崎と鎌倉の二拠点中ですが、フレキシブルに日本全国どこへでも飛んでいきます！

またプライベートでは、鎌倉から宮崎への移住について東京生まれ東京育ちだったパートナーを説得するために、パワーポイントスライドをつくってプレゼンし、夫婦2人での移住も果たしました。移住についてハードルになりがちな家族との意見の相違。説得することにお困りの方は、土屋が相談にのりますよ！

#### 土屋有の経歴

1980年宮崎県都城市生まれ。大学進学のため東京へ。在学中から、デジタルマーケティングのアイレップ取締役に就任。その後もITベンチャー企業数社で役員を務め、ウェブ制作会社「面白法人カヤック」では事業部長に。在職中にMBAを取得。宮崎へはU/Jターン、「アラタナ」取締役を経て、宮崎大学 地域資源創成学部 講師、2019年7月よりカヤックLiving代表取締役。その他、宮崎県日南市ローカルベンチャー 総合プロデューサー、島根県雲南市のCommunity Nurse Company株式会社 社外取締役など地域の現場でも実践中！

 

# **新規ビジネスの立ち上げ、地域のPRは松原佳代におまかせ！**

### 面白法人カヤックで10年PRを担当したのちカヤックLivingでSMOUTを立ち上げ。

カヤックLivingとSMOUTの立ち上げ当初より代表を務めていた松原。今までにない「スカウト型」移住マッチングサービスの構想と立ち上げを担い、「暮らしをつくろう」というビジョンを地域の人にも首都圏の人にも発信してきました。地域とネット上で繋がった人を数値化する「ネット関係人口」という概念を提示し、関係人口の新しい切り口も開こうとしています。

また、2019年8月には、地元、富山県南砺市とカヤックLivingとの連携協定を果たすなど、地元との関係づくりと関係人口創出事業にも積極的に取り組んでいます。

カヤックでは10年以上広報を担い、カヤック代表・柳澤の右腕として、カヤックのブランディングに務めました。企業プロモーション、地域プロモーションのディレクションも手がけています。

企業のブランディングや新しい切り口を常に探ってきた経験から、プロダクトやコミュニティのビジョンづくり、地域のPRなどについてお話いたします（一緒に考えたいのでディスカッション、ブレスト希望！）。

また、松原自身も常に新しい暮らしづくりに挑戦しています。10年前に鎌倉に移住、そしてこの夏には家族でアメリカ・ポートランド移住をして、リモートで経営をしています。子育てしながら働きながらの移住に興味のある皆さまからのご相談もお待ちしています！

#### 松原佳代の経歴

富山県生まれ。お茶の水女子大学 人間社会科学科 心理学専攻卒業。コンサル、編集を経て、2005年面白法人カヤック入社。広報、新規事業の開発およびグロースを担当。2015年に独立し、（株）ハモニア（現みずたまラボラトリー）を設立。スタートアップを中心とした広報戦略および広報育成の支援に取り組む。2017年より（株）カヤックLiving代表取締役を兼任。2018年に移住スカウトサービス「SMOUT」を立ち上げる。
