いつもご利用いただきありがとうございます。   
政府が制度化を進める 「ふるさと住民登録制度」 は、二地域居住や関係人口の拡大を見据えた新しい地域参加のしくみとして全国で注目を集めています一方で地域側からは 「どう向き合えばよいか」「施策にどう落とし込めばよいか」 という声も少なくありません。

そこで7月15日(火) 13:00より、関係人口施策の現在地と「ふるさと住民登録制度」の可能性をテーマにした無料オンラインセミナーを開催いたします。

本セミナーでは、「関係人口」をいち早く提唱し、全国に広めたお一人である 『ソトコト』編集長の指出一正 氏 をお迎えし、関係人口施策の向き合い方を深掘りします。

また、後半パートでは、人と地域をつなげるプラットフォーム 「スマウト」と、地域との関係を深めるコミュニティ通貨「まちのコイン」 を運営する 面白法人カヤック ちいき資本主義事業部のメンバーが、最新事例とデータを交えながら制度の可能性を紐解き、実践に向けたヒントを共有します。  
「地域がこの制度とどう向き合うか」を多角的に議論します。ぜひご参加ください！

## 登壇者について

指出一正　（さしで かずまさ）さん  
ソトコト編集長／株式会社ソトコト・プラネット代表取締役

雑誌『Outdoor』『Rod and Reel』編集長を経て2004年より『ソトコト』編集部、2011年から現職。SDGsと関係人口をテーマに全国各地を取材し、島根県「しまコトアカデミー」など自治体の人材育成プログラムで講師を務めるほか、内閣官房「わくわく地方生活実現会議」など国の有識者委員も多数歴任。著書に『ぼくらは地方で幸せを見つける』（ポプラ新書）ほか。趣味はフライフィッシング。
