# 2022年を振り返る！SMOUT 10大ニュースを発表

2022年も残りあとわずか。皆さまにとって今年はどんな1年でしたか？5年目を迎えたSMOUTにもさまざまな出来事がありました。そこで10大ニュースとして振り返ってみたいと思います。

## 第10位 SMOUTチームの定例で「気候変動コーナー」を開始 チームメンバー全員が集まる週1度の定例会で、各自が「気候変動」をテーマに発表をしています。メンバーの意外な一面を見ることができるのが楽しく、学び多き時間になっています。

## 第9位 兵庫県豊岡市のお試し住宅で開発チームが合宿 5月、SMOUT移住アワード常連の兵庫県豊岡市で、開発合宿を実施。施設の近くには時折コウノトリの姿も！自然豊かな環境で、Wi-Fiも早くてさくさく仕事ができました。 詳細は[こちらから](https://www.kayac.com/news/2022/10/interview_smout1)

## 第8位 地域資本主義ジャーナルを創刊！ 11月、面白法人カヤックの掲げる「地域資本主義」とその思想に基づくSMOUTなどの事業を紹介する冊子をつくりました。全自治体の移住担当課宛に郵送しました！ 詳細は[こちらから](https://lab.smout.jp/news/booklet-publication_0)

## 第7位　 SMOUTメンバーが企業版ふるさと納税（人材派遣型）制度を活用し滋賀県庁の職員に 12月より、SMOUTチームのメンバー1名が企業版ふるさと納税（人材派遣型）の制度を活用し、滋賀県庁職員として働いています。滋賀県で初の事例とのこと。地域の方のSMOUT利用サポートなども行う予定です。 詳細は[こちらから](https://www.pref.shiga.lg.jp/kensei/koho/e-shinbun/oshirase/328694.html)

## 第6位 「環境にも人にもやさしい地域」特集、はじめました 2022年からSMOUTは「脱炭素」や「サステナビリティ」といったキーワードに向き合っています。各地域のプロジェクトも増えており、「[SMOUT移住アワード2022上半期](https://lab.smout.jp/news/about-ijyu-award-202210)」の結果をみると、関連するプロジェクトの「興味ある」数は増加傾向に！ 詳細は[こちらから](https://smout.jp/features/48/plans)

## 第5位 サロン型オンラインイベント「みんなの移住ウィーク」を開催！ 6月の1週間、「働」「住」「遊」「学」「環（めぐる）」の5つのテーマ毎に毎晩オンラインイベントを開催。189名のユーザーの方、36の地域に参加エントリーいただきました。各分野のトップランナーに登壇いただいたほか、地域の方と一般ユーザーの方が1対1で対面し、相手が次々に変わっていく「お見合い回転寿司」も盛り上がりました。

## 第4位 ネイティブ株式会社がカヤックのグループ会社に。SMOUTとも連携 9月、地方移住・関係人口創出メディア「Nativ.media」などを運営するネイティブ株式会社が、カヤックの仲間に。SMOUTとともに、地域をもっと盛り上げていきます！ 詳細は[こちらから](https://lab.smout.jp/news/aboutmultiwork-0)

## 第3位 マルチワーク推進事業「多業多福（たぎょうたふく）」開始。さとゆめと業務提携 9月、地方創生事業のプロデュースを行う株式会社さとゆめとカヤックによる、マルチワーク創出事業をスタート。「地域に貢献したい」「自分らしい働き方を見つけたい」といった人に、「マルチワーク（複業）」という選択肢を提供していく取り組みです。 詳細は[こちらから](https://tagyo-tafuku.smout.jp/)

## 第2位 地域ユーザー向けの新機能「ダッシュボード」をリリース！ 7月、SMOUTの管理画面に「ダッシュボード」機能を公開。地域ユーザーの方にとって、活動状況がぐっと見やすく、データ管理しやすくなりました。開発にあたっては地域ユーザーの方へのヒアリングを重ねました。ご協力いただいた皆様、ありがとうございました！ 詳細は[こちらから](https://lab.smout.jp/news/dev-report-20220707)

## 第1位 滋賀県13市町等がSMOUT導入、移住アワード上半期で4位に急上昇！ 5月、滋賀県とカヤックが関係人口拡大と地域活性化を目的に「多様な人がつながり、活躍できるローカルＤＸの実現に向けた協定」を締結。「SMOUTアワード2022上半期」では昨年21位だった滋賀県が今回は4位に急上昇！今後の動きにも要注目です。 詳細は[こちらから](https://www.kayac.com/news/2022/05/shigaken)
